OVERVIEW
Design a new site for investors and shareholders with all the legal information available. Define how to watch in streaming the main company events like year earnings results or CEO conferences.

THE CHALLENGE
Improve the user experience of a site with hundreds of pages, not very exciting content and most of the information uploaded in a PDF format. Deal with top management team of the company and fulfill expectations.
Define a new information architecture creating a responsive navigation. Simplify the current complex structure.
Align content, imagery and UI element with the new brand guidelines.
PROCESS
After having meetings with all the areas involved getting their needs and checking the technical requirements. The idea was to introduce the bank via our CEO, creating new sections to improve the perception of Bankinter as big but close bank to our shareholders and journalists. We also define a new way of navigate through the site creating a massive drop down menu with easy access in every page.
SUMMARY
It has been a really interesting and enrichment experience as I have to share the views of the top management of a bank and try to make them understand user needs to prove our decisions in UX.
